<strong>from 3% to 1.5%<\/strong><span>\u00a0for the payment of services from 1st April 2020 to 30 September 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; from 3% to 2%<\/strong><span>\u00a0for the payment of services from 1st October 2020 to 31st December 2021 (for electronic filing onlye-Withholding Tax)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>1.5 x tax deductibility\u00a0of interest expenses<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/plizz.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3-\u0e21\u0e32\u0e15\u0e23\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23_1new1-03n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-506\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span>Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs*) will be allowed\u00a0 to deduct\u00a0<\/span><strong>1.5x\u00a0of interest expenses<\/strong><span>\u00a0incurred between April 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><u>*SMEs:<\/u><br \/>\n&#8211; Annual income &lt; 500 M Baht<br \/>\n&#8211; &lt;\u00a0200 employees<br \/>\n&#8211; Registered as single account<br \/>\n&#8211; Financial year ending\u00a0by 30 Sep 2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>\u00a03x tax deductibility of\u00a0maintained payroll expenses<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/plizz.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3-\u0e21\u0e32\u0e15\u0e23\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23_2new1-01n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-507\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span>SMEs maintaining the employment of their staffs during the covid-19 outbreak\u00a0will be allowed\u00a0<strong>to deduct 3 x of eligible payroll expenses*<\/strong>\u00a0paid\u00a0from April 2020 to July 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>*Eligible payroll expenses:<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintained\u00a0insured employees with a salary of 15,000 Baht or less<br \/>\n&#8211; If the number of employees has been maintained after Dec. 31st 2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Accelerated VAT refunds procedure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/plizz.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3-\u0e21\u0e32\u0e15\u0e23\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23_2new1-02n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-508\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">VAT refund claims for\u00a0private and public companies categorised\u00a0as \u201cGoods Exporters\u201d will be processed within\u00a015 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Conditions:<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211; For online filings<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0:<br \/>\nVat refunds processed within 15 days instead of 30 days<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211; For filings\u00a0at the Revenue Department\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong>district offices<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">:<br \/>\nVat refunds processed within 45 days instead of 60 days<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>2x tax deductibility of\u00a0investment in in the Super Saving Fund (SSF)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/plizz.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3-\u0e21\u0e32\u0e15\u0e23\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23_2new1-03n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-509\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span>Investments\u00a0made between April 1st, 2020 and June 30th\u00a02020 in the Super Savings Fund (SSF)* will be deductible from the assessable income up\u00a0to 200,000 Baht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>*SSF:<br \/>\n\u2022Not less than\u00a065% of the Net Asset Value should be invested in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)<br \/>\n\u2022The investment should be held not less than 10 years<br \/>\n\u2022Up to 200,000 THB of investment\u00a0eligible for tax deduction<br \/>\n\u2022Investment\u00a0not included in\u00a0retirement funds\u00a0deduction limit\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Tax deductions\u00a0for donations for Covid-19<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/plizz.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3-\u0e21\u0e32\u0e15\u0e23\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23_3new1-01n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-510\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022<span>\u00a0<\/span><u>Individual<\/u>\u00a0:<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>deduction of up to 10% of assessable income<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><u><strong>Companies &amp;\u00a0Partnerships<\/strong><\/u><strong>\u00a0:<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>deduction of up to 2% of net profit<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><u><strong>VAT registered companies<\/strong><\/u><span>\u00a0: donations\u00a0exempted of VAT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Donations should be made\u00a0to The Office of the Prime Minister Permanent Secretary\u00a0between March 5th\u00a02020 &#8211;
