Refund policy

Refunds. Plizz (Thailand) Co., Ltd. refunds customers in the following cases:

1. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the card used for the payment. It takes about 15–45 days for a debit card, and 20–30 days or one billing cycle for a credit card, depending on the issuing bank.
2. If you paid by internet banking, the refund goes only to the account name and number the payment came from. It takes about 2–3 business days.

Cancellation policy. Can an order be cancelled? An order cannot be cancelled once the payment has been received.
