Plizz (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("Plizz", "we", "us", or "our") protects the personal data of our clients, prospective clients, and website visitors in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. By using our website at plizz.co or sending us a form, you acknowledge this policy. Please also review our Terms of Service.

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Business information: company name, business type, preferred start date, and the details of your inquiry
• Quote and message content: the services and fees in a quote you send us, and the content of messages sent through our forms
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (from server logs), plus the page you came from and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link that brought you to our site

Client records related to accounting and tax services are kept for at least 5 years, as Thai accounting and tax law requires.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. Our office maps are provided by Google Maps and load only if you click "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy. When you build a quote, it is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to it; it reaches us only if you send it. You can clear this data and control cookies in your browser settings.

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention periods)
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out
• Right to data portability: ask for your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to complain: file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have breached the PDPA
