The office cannot earn revenue but provides important support to the head office. Minimum capital of 2,000,000 THB
The capital has to be injected within 3 years as follows:
- - 500,000 THB within 3 months after registration
- - Additional 500,000 THB by the end of the first year
- - Additional 500,000 THB by the end of the second year

The foreign company establishing the Representative Office should appoint a local representative (Thai national or foreigner) and formally register him/her with the ministry of commerce.
