How It Works

Our Process

A clear, structured approach from start to finish.

  1. Step 1:Year-end close

Final reconciliations, depreciation, accruals, and adjusting entries, with every period-end item treated under TFRS for NPAEs.

  2. Step 2:Statement preparation and internal review

We draft the balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and notes, then check them for consistency and compliance.

  3. Step 3:Management review

We walk you through the draft: significant balances, variances, and accounting judgments. Corrections happen here, before final sign-off.

  4. Step 4:Audit coordination

We prepare audit schedules, working papers, and supporting reconciliations, and stay the auditor's main contact throughout fieldwork.

  5. Step 5:DBD filing

We prepare the final statements, the SorBorChor.3 filing form, and the Bor.Or.Jor.5 shareholder list, and file through DBD e-Filing within 1 month of the AGM.

Plizz compared with a freelance bookkeeper or a Big 4 firm

Who this is for

Who needs financial reporting services?

Professional financial reporting is usually worth it if one of these situations sounds familiar.

  • Foreign-led Thai limited company, any size

Every Thai limited company (บริษัทจำกัด) must file audited financial statements with DBD, with no exemption for small companies. Founders who skipped it because "we're too small" face fines under the Accounting Act, and repeated non-filing can get the company struck off.

  • SME with THB 30–200M revenue and 15–100 employees, approaching a fundraising round

Your books are too complex for a freelance bookkeeper to present correctly under TFRS for NPAEs (revised 2022), but a Big 4 reporting team is more than you need. Firm-quality reporting here prevents audit rework.

  • Subsidiary with THB 20–100M revenue, reporting to a foreign parent under IFRS

Group consolidation needs Thai statements that reconcile to IFRS for the parent. For clients referred by DFK International member firms, Plizz prepares the Thai statutory statements and the IFRS bridge in one engagement.

  • Bangkok company between seed and Series A, preparing for due diligence

Investors and lenders ask for two to three years of clean, audited financial statements. Reports never designed for outside readers mean weeks of clean-up before due diligence can start.

  • BOI-promoted company that must report activities separately

A company with Board of Investment (BOI) promotion must separate promoted and non-promoted activities in its audited statements, so the BOI and the RD can confirm the investment plan and the tax exemption.

About our team

A full set of statements, not just a P&L

Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and full TFRS for NPAEs notes: every statement DBD and your auditor expect.

Built to reconcile to your PND 50

A mismatch between your tax return and your financial statements is one of the most common triggers for an RD review. Our reporting and tax teams cross-check both before either is signed.

Auditor coordination included

We prepare audit schedules, working papers, and reconciliations. Your auditor starts from clean books, which shortens the audit and keeps the fee down.

Online dashboard every period

P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement twice a year in the Plizz online dashboard.
