  • Marriage documents

We check your Thai marriage registration, or have a foreign marriage certificate translated and legalized through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

  • Financial requirement

A THB 400,000 deposit or THB 40,000 of monthly income: we prepare your evidence the way the Immigration Bureau expects it.

How It Works

Our Process

A clear, structured approach from start to finish.

  1. Step 1:Marriage documents

We check your marriage registration at the district office (amphur), or have a foreign marriage certificate authenticated by the MFA, and collect your spouse's supporting documents.

  2. Step 2:Financial evidence

We help you choose between the THB 400,000 deposit and the THB 40,000 monthly income route, track the 2-month deposit period, and prepare the bank documents.

  3. Step 3:Application

In Thailand, we prepare your TM.86 conversion and file it with the Immigration Bureau. Abroad, we prepare your file for the Thai embassy or consulate.

  4. Step 4:Extensions and reporting

Yearly extensions filed in the 30 days before expiry, plus your 90-day reports (TM.47) and address notifications (TM.30) throughout the year.

Deposit timing is where most applicants go wrong

The 2-month rule before you apply, and what your office expects after approval, are stricter than most guides suggest. Getting them wrong can mean starting over.

Who this is for

Who needs a Non-Immigrant O visa?

The Non-O covers marriage, family, and dependents. It is the right route when your stay in Thailand is based on family rather than work or investment.

  • Foreign spouses of Thai nationals who plan to live in Thailand long term
  • Couples where the foreign partner does not work in Thailand and so does not need a Non-Immigrant B (Non-B) visa
  • Children of Non-B visa holders who need dependent Non-O status linked to their parent's visa
  • Foreign parents of Thai children who want to live in Thailand with them
  • Retirees aged 50 or over who are already in Thailand and want a retirement extension without applying from abroad
  • Marriage Non-O holders with 3 or more years of extensions who are planning to apply for Permanent Residence in the family category
