How It Works

Our Process

A clear, structured approach from start to finish.

  1. Step 1:Registration map

We review your activities, revenue forecast, headcount, and sector to list every registration that applies: VAT, SSO, Workmen's Compensation Fund, withholding tax, e-filing, and any sector permits.

  2. Step 2:Thresholds and timing

We fix the 30-day VAT window, the 30-day first-hire window for SSO and the Workmen's Compensation Fund, and any sector license prerequisites, then order the filings so every deadline is met.

  3. Step 3:Documents and filing

We prepare the documents in Thai and file with the Revenue Department, the SSO, and any sector regulators. Processing time depends on each authority and on your documents.

  4. Step 4:Handover and compliance setup

You receive the registration file (certificates, e-filing credentials, agency confirmations), and our bookkeeping team takes over the monthly PP.30, PND 1, PND 53, and SSO filings.

The standard registrations

Which registrations apply to your company?

Incorporation at the DBD creates your company. These five registrations let it trade, hire, and file taxes legally. Most growing companies need all five, in this order.

Plizz vs the alternatives

Why one firm for every registration matters

Most registration runners handle one portal. Plizz covers VAT, SSO, Workmen's Compensation, e-filing, and sector licenses, then hands over to its own bookkeeping team for the monthly filings.

Who this is for

Who needs government registrations?

Every new Thai company, every first hire, and every business crossing the VAT threshold. The deadlines are short and the Thai-language portals leave little room for error.

  • Foreign founders opening a Thai company for the first time: the Revenue Department e-filing portal, the SSO online registration, and the DBD online services are all in Thai, and one wrong field on the VAT application (Por Por 01) sends the file back to the start of the queue.
  • Companies whose revenue over the last 12 months passes THB 1.8 million: under Revenue Code Section 85/1, the 30-day registration window opens that day. A service business billing THB 200,000 a month that registers 6 months late owes THB 84,000 in back VAT plus surcharges, for a registration Plizz handles for THB 20,000.
  • Companies hiring their first employee: Social Security Act B.E. 2533 Section 34 requires SSO registration within 30 days, and the Workmen's Compensation Fund must be registered in the same window. Most founders register for social security and forget the second fund.
  • Businesses entering a regulated sector (food, manufacturing, hospitality, import/export) that need sector licenses on top of the standard tax and social security registrations.
  • Subsidiaries of multinational groups starting a Thai operation that need a complete, audit-ready registration trail (VAT certificate, SSO employer number, e-filing credentials, sector licenses) for group compliance reviews from day one.
  • Companies already trading that have found a registration gap (a missed VAT threshold or unregistered employees) and need to fix it quickly: Plizz files as soon as your documents are complete and can help you approach the Revenue Department to limit surcharges.

About our team

Real numbers, not vague warnings

A service business billing THB 200,000 a month that registers for VAT 6 months late faces THB 84,000 back VAT + a THB 5,000 fine + a THB 7,560 surcharge = about THB 96,560, for a registration Plizz handles for THB 20,000. For active bookkeeping clients, Plizz tracks revenue against the threshold and files on time.

Every registration in one engagement

VAT, withholding tax, SSO, the Workmen's Compensation Fund, and e-filing access, all from one firm that deals with these agencies every week. Most registration runners cover one portal. Plizz covers all of them, and can add e-Tax Invoice setup if you want it.

Straight into monthly compliance

Registrations lead directly to monthly PP.30, PND 1, PND 53, and SSO filings. Plizz passes the credentials and account access to its own bookkeeping team: no second onboarding, and no lost logins when a runner moves on.

An audit-ready registration file

You receive one organized file: certificates, e-filing credentials, and agency confirmation letters. It is ready when your group auditor, a work permit application, or a due diligence review asks for them in year two.
