What You Get

Take control of your cash flow

  • Tax invoices on time

VAT tax invoices issued at the correct tax point under Revenue Code Sections 78 and 78/1, so your customers can claim their input VAT without questions.

  • Collections that work

A clear escalation path from reminders to formal demand letters, so overdue balances are chased on schedule before they become bad debt.

  • Planned supplier payments

Payments scheduled to protect your cash while respecting supplier terms. WHT calculated on every payment and filed by the 7th (paper) or 15th (e-filing) of the next month.

  • Cash flow forecasting

Rolling forecasts built from your actual AP and AR cycles, so you know your cash position 30–60 days ahead.

How It Works

Our Process

A clear, structured approach from start to finish.

  1. Step 1:Review your current process

We review how you work today, find WHT gaps and invoice timing issues, and set up supplier and customer records with payment terms and treaty status.

  2. Step 2:Monthly payables

We receive supplier invoices, check the expenses, calculate WHT (PND 3, PND 53, or PND 54 with treaty review), prepare payments, issue WHT certificates, and update the AP aging report.

  3. Step 3:Monthly receivables

We issue tax invoices at the correct tax point, track how customers pay, and keep the AR aging report up to date.

  4. Step 4:Collections

We follow up on overdue accounts, send formal demand letters at 60–90 days, and flag receivables older than 18 months for legal review.

  5. Step 5:Quarterly bad debt review

We review aging and prepare the Section 65 Bis documents for accounts that may need to be written off.

Pricing Notes

  • All Plizz fees exclude 7% VAT.
  • Invoice volumes are counted as the combined AP + AR invoice count per month. Crossing a tier boundary triggers a re-quote at the next monthly close.
  • An active monthly accounting package (see Bookkeeping) is recommended so AP/AR records flow directly into the books.
  • Authorization to act on the company's behalf with vendors and customers is required.

Why It Matters

Key Benefits

Faster cash collection

Regular follow-up lowers your days sales outstanding (DSO), the average time it takes customers to pay, so invoices turn into cash sooner.

Less bad debt

Acting early on overdue accounts means fewer of them become uncollectible.

WHT and VAT compliance

The right WHT on every supplier payment and a valid tax invoice for every sale, so the audit holds no surprises.

A clear cash view

Rolling 30–60 day forecasts built from real AP and AR data, so you can plan spending and avoid cash shortfalls.

Who this is for

Who needs AP and AR management?

A dedicated AP and AR service usually makes sense if one of these describes your company.

  • Foreign-led SMEs with THB 5–20 million revenue, 5–25 staff, and 10–40 invoices a month

At this volume, freelance bookkeeping starts to break down. Manual WHT for each supplier, manual follow-up of overdue invoices, and tax invoice deadlines take many hours a month and create errors that show up at the next audit.

  • B2B service companies with THB 20–50 million revenue, selling on 30 or 60-day terms

Without a regular collection routine, overdue receivables pile up quietly and tie up cash you need to run the business. Every month without formal follow-up brings the legal deadline to sue closer.

  • Tech companies and agencies paying Google Ads, AWS, Meta, or foreign consultants every month

Each foreign payment may need WHT on PND 54 with a treaty check, plus PP 36 reverse-charge VAT. Internal teams often miss one of the two, losing the input VAT credit or withholding the wrong amount.

  • Subsidiaries of foreign groups with THB 20–100 million revenue and a group closing calendar

AP and AR must reconcile with the group sub-ledgers by the 5th to 10th of the following month. That takes a structured process that a freelance bookkeeper rarely provides.

  • Company preparing for fundraising or audit

Investors and auditors ask for 24 months or more of clean aging reports, WHT certificates, and bad debt records under Section 65 Bis. Missing records slow down due diligence.

About our team

Tax invoices issued at the right time

Revenue Code Sections 78 and 78/1 require the tax invoice at the tax point, not 15 days later. Late invoices put your customer's input VAT at risk. We issue every invoice on time.

e-WHT built into every payment run

Payments made through e-WHT carry a reduced 1% rate while the scheme runs, and the bank files the WHT for you, so there are fewer certificates and returns to prepare. We handle the bank setup and the monthly payment runs.

Foreign supplier payments covered

PND 54 with a treaty check, PP 36 reverse-charge VAT, and the documents your bank asks for on foreign transfers: the steps internal teams most often miss, all included as standard.

Bad debt files ready before the deadline

Many trade receivables can no longer be claimed in court after 2 years (CCC Section 193/34). We flag receivables older than 18 months and prepare the Section 65 Bis documents while you can still act.
