Partners and referrals
Your Thai accounting, tax and legal team, under your name or ours
We work with foreign law and accounting firms, corporate service providers, relocation agents, chambers and consultants who refer or subcontract Thai work. Enquiries reach us from Dubai, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. You choose whether your client deals with us directly or only with you.
What we do for partners
White-label or referral
Refer the client to us, or keep the work under your brand and let us deliver behind you. Either way, you keep the client relationship if you wish.
English reporting
Monthly reports, tax summaries and filing confirmations in English, with Thai originals for the authorities. Thai and English by email and phone; French on request.
DFK International member firm
Plizz is the Thai member firm of DFK International, so working papers, reporting and quality standards will be familiar to accounting firms abroad.
Xero
We keep the books in Xero, with ThaiTax for Thai filings, so the ledger is in a system your team already knows.
One team for the whole file
Accounting, tax, payroll, company set-up and visas and work permits handled by one team. Legal work is done by our sister law firm, Narai Partners.
Published fees
Our fees are on the site, so you can quote your client with confidence. Partner terms are discussed case by case.
How it works
Tell us about the client
Send the brief through the form below or by email: service, entities, volumes and shareholders.
Written quote in 1 business day
We reply with a written quote based on our published prices and the scope, addressed to you or to your client.
Onboarding
We collect the KYC documents, sign the engagement (with you or with the client) and agree who receives reports and invoices.
Delivery and reporting
We file and report on the agreed calendar, in English, and copy you on everything you want to see.
What we need to quote
A precise quote takes four facts. If you do not have them all yet, send what you have and we will ask.
- The service or services needed (for example company set-up, monthly bookkeeping, payroll, a work permit)
- The number of Thai entities (and branches or representative offices) involved
- Monthly transaction volume for accounting, or headcount for payroll and work permits
- The nationality of the shareholders (it decides whether the Foreign Business Act applies)
What we do not do
To protect you and your client, we decline these requests:
- Nominee shareholders: holding shares on behalf of foreigners is a criminal offence under section 36 of the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999).
- Visa-only shells: companies set up only to obtain a visa for the founder, with no real activity.
- Payroll outside Thailand: we run Thai payroll for employees of Thai entities only.
Fees and partner terms
Our published fees apply to partner work: the same price list your client would see on our site. Partner terms (for example volume arrangements or how invoicing is split) are discussed case by case, once we know the type and volume of work.
