How It Works

Our Process

A clear, structured approach from start to finish.

  1. Step 1:Tax calendar

We build your full-year filing calendar (VAT, WHT, PND 51, PND 50, and the annual PND 1 Kor), with internal deadlines 5 days before the legal ones.

  2. Step 2:Monthly returns

Every month: the PP 30 VAT return, PND 1, 3, 53, and 54 withholding tax returns, and PP 36 reverse-charge VAT on invoices from abroad.

  3. Step 3:Year-end planning

A session before year end on the timing of deductions, SME reduced rates, and tax treaty claims.

  4. Step 4:Annual return

We draft PND 50, reconcile it to the audited financial statements, and prepare the supporting schedules.

  5. Step 5:Filing and follow-up

We file PND 50 within the 150-day deadline and act as your first contact for Revenue Department questions on the returns we filed.

Who this is for

Who needs tax filing and compliance?

Professional tax filing is worth it if one of these situations sounds like yours.

  • Founder-led SMEs with THB 5–20 million revenue, 5–25 employees, and VAT registration

Monthly PP 30 and PND 1, 3, and 53, the half-year PND 51, and the annual PND 50 each have their own deadline. One missed month can mean several returns running surcharges by the time the annual audit starts.

  • Bangkok subsidiaries of foreign groups with THB 20–100 million revenue

Management fees, royalties, and intra-group services paid abroad need PND 54 and a treaty rate check on every payment. Apply the wrong rate and you either withhold too much (15% instead of a lower treaty rate) or too little, which the Revenue Department can reassess.

  • Online and software businesses paying Google Ads, Meta, AWS, or Microsoft 365

Every payment to a foreign service provider needs PP 36 reverse-charge VAT, a self-assessed 7% that internal teams often miss, losing the input VAT credit.

  • Growing SMEs that just passed THB 1.8 million in revenue

VAT registration is mandatory within 30 days of passing the threshold. Late registration means back VAT plus a 1.5% per month surcharge, often discovered only at year end.

  • Thai companies in multinational groups with EUR 750 million or more in revenue

The Emergency Decree on Top-Up Tax B.E. 2567 applies the 15% Pillar Two global minimum tax from 1 January 2025. The first GloBE filings are due in June 2027, so the data work starts this fiscal year.
